Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order from My Account while its status is Placed. Once an order is confirmed or dispatched, please contact us with your order number.
Returns
Tell us promptly if a product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, and keep the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, sterile, single-use and consumable items cannot be returned once opened.
Warranty
Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Where the manufacturer publishes a warranty period it is listed in the product specifications. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair or use outside the manufacturer’s instructions.
Making a claim
Write to us with your order number, the product, and a description or photograph of the issue. Our team will advise the next step.
