Dispatch options
Standard dispatch is offered on every order. Priority dispatch, where selected at checkout, moves your order ahead of the standard queue. Delivery time depends on the product, its availability and your location, and is confirmed with your order.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you place it. Orders above the free-dispatch value shown in your cart ship without a standard delivery charge.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect the consignment on arrival. If packaging is damaged or items are missing, note it on the delivery receipt and tell us with your order number as soon as possible.
Installation
Where a product requires installation or commissioning, arrangements are confirmed with your order.
